Terms & Conditions

Affidavit: Fresh Entrants, upon selection, must submit an affidavit on a stamp paper valuing Rs 100/- by their surety to complete their training satisfactorily. If they leave during training, they will have to pay the training plus allied charges.
Employment: The WIL Trainees will be offered the job as per the requirement of WIL after successful completion of their training. It is not obligatory for WIL Management to offer the job to all WIL Trainees.
Bond Deed: Selected WIL Trainees must execute a prescribed bond to serve in WIL for a minimum period of 6 years. In case of leaving, they will have to refund all the amount spent on their training, including a penalty of Rs. 50,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

Feature	Details
Qualification	Matric with Science (Physics & Math) - Minimum 2nd Division. Additional weightage will be given to applicants possessing FSC (Physics & Math).
Age Limit	17 to 24 years as on 30-10-2025.
Training Duration	9 Months
